What is Arta MCP?

MCP is the standard way AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT connect to other services. Arta MCP is Arta's connection.

Claude opens with Arta's name and address filled in. Keep what it suggests: press Continue, then Add.

Arta is now in your list of connectors. Press Connect next to it.
Sign in to Arta
Enter the mobile number or email of your Arta account. We send you a 6-digit code.
Press Allow
You see exactly what Claude can read. Press Allow, then ask your first question.

Works on every Claude plan, and the free plan allows one connector like this. After setup, Arta is also in the Claude app on your phone.

Prefer to add it by hand? In Claude open Customize, then Connectors. Press + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it Arta and paste the address below.

Press the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.

Name it Arta, paste the address
Under Connection, paste the address shown below. Tick the box, then press Create as a plugin.
Sign in to Arta
Enter the mobile number or email of your Arta account. We send you a 6-digit code.
Press Allow
Press Allow. Then, in a new chat, type @ and pick Arta.

ChatGPT changes its menu names from time to time. If you do not see the plus button, your ChatGPT plan may not allow adding a connector yourself. Claude's free plan does.

You sign in with your own Arta mobile number or email. Your AI app sees that account and no other.

Read only

It cannot confirm, cancel or edit an order, change a price, or move money.

No customer details

Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are left out of every answer.

Disconnect any time

Remove Arta from your AI app and the connection is gone.

Is it free?

Yes. Arta MCP is part of your Arta account, and Claude's free plan lets you add one connector like this.

Will the numbers match my Arta dashboard?

Yes. Orders, delivery and payouts are read from the same place your dashboard reads them.

Who can connect?

The owner of the Arta account, with the account's mobile number or email. Team member logins cannot connect.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Set it up once in a browser. After that Arta is in the Claude app on your phone too.

Can it place or cancel an order for me?

No. It only reads. When something needs action, it tells you where in Arta to do it.

How do I disconnect?

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and remove Arta. In ChatGPT, open Plugins and remove Arta.
